Who Are We   

Zanshin Karate Jutsu is a voluntary organisation dedicated to the development and promotion of safe and effective Karate. Whether you want to get fit, compete nationally or internationally or you want to learn the real and effective system that Zanshin dedicates itself to --- The Zanshin system prides itself in developing all aspects of real Karate including close-range fighting and the true application of kata. Zanshin's Dan grades have all recently been accepted as Instructor grades with the British Combat Association under Peter Consterdine and Geoff Thompson. -Zanshin Karate Jutsu has it all to offer .

Where Are We

Based in Northern Ireland, Zanshin Karate Jutsu can boast Male and Female, Junior and Senior, Irish, British and World Karate Medallists, Instructors qualified in Fitness, Nutrition, Sports Management, Physiotherapy, First Aid and Child Protection.

Zanshin's Chief Coach

Zanshin's Head Coach, Danny Corr has dedicated himself to the development of real and effective Karate over the last 25 years.  The former Northern Ireland Fighting Coach, Danny has had over 500 competitive fights to his name winning 6 All Ireland All Styles Titles among a number of Irish and British Titles, but more importantly Danny founded Zanshin in 1998 to ensure the real art of karate was not lost and to provide a safe environment for all members to learn and develop. 

Junior Club

Zanshin has a extensive Junior Club and as part of Zanshin's dedication to safety and our long term development of Juniors, we have appointed Louise McQuillan as our Junior Co-Ordinator. Louise herself a former Northern Ireland International and British Fighting Champion is qualified to Degree level in Sports Management and works full-time with Mencap. Louise's experience and expertise is second to none.
